The upper management could really use some lessons on customer service.

Room was very good and had lot of utilities. Breakfast spread was too less. Having fruits like apples, bananas, oranges would have been really good. Kitchen is well equipped. Gas stove or burner was difficult to operate as the settings such as Low, Medium, High etc. are not visible with many years of usage. So tool long time to heat water.

Late check-out was not offered instead of ready to pay hourly charges. I wanted to keep my luggage after checkout as my flight was late night. However, this was not offered. It was a great inconvenience.

Evening manager was very courteous and professional forgot name of young guy?

It was a pleasant place it was good stuff was good yes what can I do it

Good location. Room was bit dirty and felt it wasn’t occupied for a bit. Had to get full new set of linen for second night as it was bit stuffy.

Definitely needs to be refreshed. Room had old food on floor and only one person at checkout desk so had to wait some time

Checked out Thursday morning at 6am on duty hotel desk was slightly rude and dismissive

No house keeping no trash pickup. I had to return my used towels to the front desk. The worst stay I ever had.

Good area, you can drive to many restaurants near by.
