"Dirty, smoky and wouldn’t reimburse after we checked out 3 hours after checking in!"

Good location.

It was very dirty. There was urine beneath the toilet seat and dust dirt and hair dried up on the floor in the bathroom. One of the bedspreads had a big dirt stain on top. It was a no smoking facility but we smelled smoke off and on, coming in to the room. We checked out after 3 hours and drove 3 hours home. They wouldn’t reimburse us because we booked through Booking.com. Booking.com gave us back 10% because the hotel wouldn’t reimburse them.

Not happy with breakfast very loud location

What could have been better? Heater did not work. It was very cold. No dishes in kitchen no coffee maker in room bed was very uncomfortable.

"Adequate if you just need a place to stay"

Convenience, mostly clean, front desk staff,walking distance from restaurants.

No housekeeping came by the entire week I was there, no gym, pool ,or even breakfast. Amenities definitely are lacking at this location.

"Underwhelming for the price. Worth $60 a night, not $180 a night"

Desk person was nice and greeted us and we were able to check-in at noon.

Once we got to our room, we had a good amount of stuff to bring in. during the second trip from our car, we couldn't get into our room. The door handle was hanging from the door. The broken door handle locked us out of the room. I had to play with it for about 15 minutes until it was able to engage. This happened shortly after we checked in at noon. They mentioned they would fix it after maintenance got back from their lunchbreak at 12:30pm. That didn't happen until after 6pm. We wouldn't be able to leave our place because we didn't want to get locked out again. Since it was an extended stay, we expected to have dishes and utensils to use, but was mentioned due to people stealing them, they couldn't leave them in the room. When it came to the dishes, they said we could check them out, but we wouldn't be able to do that because of the broken handle. My wife tried to use the microwave. After 20 seconds, it smelled like an electrical fire. Maintenance took a look at it and pressed some buttons and said it was fixed. Probably won't stay there again.
