"Horribly wrong"

Never made it to breakfast. The clerk was racist, rude and disrespectful

The profiling and discrimination. I was there all of 1 hour before having to leave. There could have been a better understanding yet it was made jo in her mind to get me out of there

"Overall, I would still recommend this hotel — it was a great stay!"

I liked the spacious room and appreciated having a kitchen with a microwave and fridge. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved that I could adjust the room temperature — it made the stay very cozy.

If it matters, the water pressure wasn’t very strong.

"Great stay"

The full kitchen was great! I will look for Extended Stay suites on future trips for the convenience of having a full kitchen.

Our room was not ready to check in by 3pm, but it was ready at 3:18. We had to request a toaster, coffee maker, and fry pan/spatula.

It was very nice but there are areas in the bathroom ceiling that needs fixing. The floor was very stick as well. The room was lovely, though
