The property smelled old (like it had sewer problems) and the room had a lingering cigarette smell. I had to purchase lysol to try to clear the smell and feel some sort of cleanliness to the room. The staff was great!! Very professional and accommodating. I let them know i wasn't satisfied and they switched my room. It was a little better but not by much. I didnt expect much and got exactly that...not much.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen is great for longer stays and they provided kitchenware including pans, utensils, a toaster and washing liquid if needed. The coffee in the morning was also a plus.

The 'free breakfast' is slightly misleading. It's a few packaged items and coffee. My key card stopped working almost everyday, which was a hassle. Additionally, there is no lock box and USB plugs in the room.
