"Terrible experience and I blame booking.com"

The front desk called to see if we made it upstairs from downstairs ok lol

I booked a 3 day weekend, after the first night I woke up to a pile of ants. I complained and left after only one night. I called Booking.com and they acted like they were trying to get my refund together. Of course that never happened

"This stay was unpleasant for me."

Convenient location

The bathroom was in a terrible state, the paint was peeling off in the bathtub and on the tiles. Not pleasant. No shampoos, neither for the body nor for the hair. One bar of soap and that's it. Horrible.

The stay went well, the kitchen was not equipped, no plates or spoons and they sometimes took money from me even though I had paid for everything and since then I have tried to contact them again but have had no response.
