Didn’t like having to put a permit to park in the parking lot.

This is supposed to be a pet-friendly and handicapped accesible it is anything but. There is no handicapped parking, no trolleys for luggage, no ramp for walkers or wheelchairs. As being pet friendly they charge $25.00 per pet which is no big deal, but they add tax without telling the guest. The staff is rude to senior citizens and condescending. I would stay away from this place and will never book with them again. The experience was horrendous.

My fiancé and I were In Naperville for a photo shoot at the Riverwalk Park. Our appointment was late in the day. The hotel manager allowed us to stay until 2 pm with a small reasonable fee. This was very much appreciated. The hotel itself was pleasant. We purchased a scented candle for our room because there was a dull smell in the room. Aside from that, the room was comfortable.

The smell in the room and maybe a hotel lobby smell like in the Marriot Marquee in Atlanta.
