job well done Takisha was so helpful the room was clean and refreshing i enjoyed my stay until next time have a blessed one!

This has been our extended residence while we wait for the housing market to settle down. The kitchen has a full size fridge, 2 electric plate stove, and microwave, a good amount of cabinets and 2 tall chairs fitting the counter type table, staying in the deluxe king room we also enjoy a sleeper couch, coffee table, desk & chair, along with 2 dressers, a large screen tv , full length mirror/sliding door to nice size closet. Not to mention the large counter top with second sink which has a large mirror across from the closet . A nicely secured building including card key only entry to laundry room and after hours main entrance entry. Location is close to many grocery & other stores & restaurants including places you can pickup & return Amazon orders. Close to expressways I-88 & I-355. Staff is friendly, Bradley , Julie, Oleg , and many more. Convenience of using either stairs or elevators to our room. Well maintained temperature in the hallways and management does seasonal checkups on the air conditioning/heating units. Well maintained building & surrounding landscaping.

Cigarette smoke smell, burns on the carpet, plaster damage in the walls, no plastic cups in room, only one bar of soap, toilet seat was loose, loose kitchen cabinet door. This is a super tired facility. Sorry I stayed there.

Wish I was able to upload pictures.. tub surround cracked with pieces falling off.. resurfaced tub flaked all over. Linoleum curled up at edge of the tub. Faucet undersized where the spout was above the rim of the bowl. A/C unit was 6-8 inches from the only bed and froze us to death. Older appliances and never updated carpet. They did have nice wall art in the room if you like that stuff. They will not supply you with new towels. Had 2 in the room for 3 of us.. we asked for new towels the next evening and they gave us 1 since we only got 2.. so bring towels. Fold out couch was horrible and no bedding provided. Didn’t notice til we went to bed and went to get bedding and the front desk closed at 10pm. Everything else in the area was booked or $300-$400 a night so I guess we got what we paid for but I’d avoid unless it is your only option like ours.

Extended Stay America Select Suites - Chicago - Naperville - East: Positive Aspects: Location: The hotel's proximity to downtown Naperville and various attractions is a major plus. Staff: Many guests have highlighted the helpful and friendly nature of the staff, particularly those working the late-night shift. Blanca, the manager and other lady in the front office on July 4th 2025 was very nice and kind. Rooms: The rooms, especially the queen studios with kitchenettes, are considered spacious and clean, offering a good value for the price. Convenience: The full kitchens in the rooms, along with amenities like free Wi-Fi, are convenient for extended stays. My stay: Location: Extended Stay America Select Suites Chicago - Naperville - East, 1827 Centre Point Cir., Naperville, IL 60563 I came from St. Louis to Chicago for July 4th weekend with my family. Upon arriving met with Blanca who is very sweet and nice and did everything for us to board the stay. But the keys wouldn't working for us open and get it, we asked for help and she was able to help us right away. I humbly asked since the door was not working upon arriving would we be staying free, she humbly said she cannot let us stay free but can check with her manager for discount showing her kindness to take care of customers coming from a distance to stay at their place. We came into the room, everything was up to our expectation as we have been staying at ESA for many years now. I prefer ESA because, the rooms are made for family like us who has some specific food preferences and need to cook our food fresh and eat. Also ESA mostly provides a good suite rooms which is pretty comfortable for my family. Also their locations are near highway and we mostly go for vacation by car which suits the best for us. After we came into the room, we realized that rooms were missing some essential stuff that will make our stay very uncomfortable. One of which, we don't get the right amount of temperature in the water used for shower rather it is either TOO HOT or TOO COLD. So I had to take shower in real cold water which I was able to because it is a hot summer and I have been going back and forth between COLD and HOT water using in non functioning water outlet knob. You know it is a PAIN! Also, there is no towel handle where you can hang wet towel after taking shower. I decided to report and went to front office, reported these important issues and the lady in the front office was nice enough to take my complaints and said she will try to take care of the bath water situation right away but after 24 hours it was still NOT taken care where my stay is for 3 nights and 4 days, I am out of the option of taking a peaceful BATH so I decided to write this review so that they get an opportunity to fix the issue right away while I am still there or at least for other families who will be coming to stay in future. I am planning to talk to the manager again this morning and will try to provide an update.
