Extended Stay America Select Suites - Chicago - Lombard - Oakbrook

We checked in but our keys didn’t work so they had to reprogram & than after multiple times only one key finally worked. The tv remote didn’t work half the time. Than we went to use the vending machine & it gave us one drink & said motor nonfunctional. You go into the bathroom the walls are all cracked plaster off the walls ceiling & you go to take a shower u step in the tub & it feels like soft floor

It was terrible and demand a refund !!! Filthiest hotel I ever stayed in. Water was running down the wall and there was a huge water bubble on the wall in the washroom !

The room was absolutely gross. Staff was friendly but room was disgusting. Spider webs all over window corners and room corners. Refrigerator was rusted. Rust everywhere in kitchen. Hair clumps stuck between floor and plastic wall base. Found bug on sheets. Bathroom looked like it was going to come crumbling down. Bathtub wall was cracked and busting out.

Room was not very clean it was as if it was rushed to be clean dirty spots everywhere and had a bad smell
