"The staff was great but I would say you need to update the light fixtures."

We tried to check in early(12:30)and the staff was able to give us a room. Thanks my daughter appreciated that.:)

The lighting was not great, kitchen area didn’t have any dishes or silverware. I needed scissors and the staff area didn’t even have any. We did find a sharp knife. Thank you Breakfast was muffins, nurtigrain bar & oatmeal no eggs or toast . Coffee but no juice not even water ???

The breakfast was limited to oatmeal packets and granola bar. Many hotels have these available 24 hours. I wanted a place that had a breakfast because I had an early appointment. There was no protein, no milk, no juice, nothing cold, nothing hot, and no fruit. It should not be advertised as breakfast included.

The bed wasn't that comfortable. The elevators are what I worried about. The elevators weren't clean, and I was afraid I would get stuck in them because of the sound, and we were on the 4th floor.
