Smell in room. Broken fridge.

The room was suitable but the fridge would not cool down very well and the kitchen in general was really dated. There was black mold growing under the sink which we purchased spray to remove in order to store things. Where we were located, the internet was very poor. The wifi barely reached and we had to pay for the premium internet since we both work from home. We also left with bites on our legs, arms, and midsection. We looked and didn't see bed bugs but something definitely ate us alive. There was at least one night when no one was available at reception. We made numerous trips to the front desk and called many times with no answer. There was an altercation outside of our room where someone was threatened with a gun. It was frightening and resulted in 5 police officers. The hotel reacted quickly to this issue but it was very alarming. It also appears that there are a few people who live out of their car in the adjoining parking lot. I will not stay at this location in the future.

It was close to the concert venue we wanted to be near.

got locked up in bathroom door would not open other room occupants had to pry me out stove burner did not work i lodge a compliant it took 5 days for anyone to look at my situation the towels were not washed clean

The staff were friendly. Felt relatively safe.

This place had a lot of issues. There was no shower curtain, no iron, no blow dryer, no dishes in our room. We had to ask for each of them individually. On the blow dryers we were told there were no blow dryers. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide a blow dryer. When we ran out of bath cloths on the last day, I went to ask for another bath cloth and was informed I needed to bring all my dirty towels to the front first. I kept telling them I just need one for today because I’m checking out in a couple of hours. It took quite a while to convince them to give me a single bath cloth. It seems like it’s not functioning quite like a hotel…feels more like they are primarily functioning on an extended stay basis with customers they have needed to make a lot of rules with. Also, breakfast wasn’t good. Rooms and hallways are dated.

Good place to stay.
