Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel i have stayed in

The receptionist who checked us in was high as a kite. Pretty sure she left to go smoke a joint in the middle of us checking in because she "felt like passing out" even though she seemed alot happier and giggling when she got back, it took her over an hour to bring our roll away bed that we had to pay extra for. My kids couldn't go to bed until we got it finally about 11 pm. She also reeked of pot when she brought it to our room. When we came in there was a panel by the front door beeping and she couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from she said. If she wasn't high she probably could have figured it out. Our bed sheets and floor were sticky in both rooms. There was a bug in our room. It took her almost 30 mins to check us in. I had to come down to the front desk twice to find out where our roll away bed was and the first time she was on her personal phone for a good 10 mins while I stood there along with another customer who came in and waited for her to stop talking to them. The whole experience was RIDICULOUS !!

Friendly staff and close to where I needed to be. Good location to get around the city.

- they advertise breakfast but they really don't offer breakfast. It's just granola bars and oatmeal. Also doesn't start until 0600. Coffee not even put out early. I found ants in my room the day I checked out. -spilled water and when I wiped the floor with a towel, not very clean floor for the 10 point inspection they advertise. - they advertise toiletries but these are MINIMAL.

the staff was nice, area felt relatively safe.. no creeps

cleanliness, the staircase and elevator could use attention, water did not drain well in shower or kitchenette area

We arrived a little later for checkin early in the morning and nobody was as the front desk with the “be back soon” sign with the lights being off and no sign of any staff present. We wait for almost 30 minutes and decided to call the hotel and see if someone would hear the phone ring. The call was answered by someone who was sitting in the pitch dark room behind the front desk and told me about having a late fee because of the time of our arrival. I say there was nothing showing about a late arrival fee and only that check-in started at 7pm and shouldn’t matter since I reserved the room. He goes with his little speech about what’s available and called the continental breakfast “okay”. Room was decently clean. The room mat for the bathroom had a black ink-like stain but other than that everything else was fine besides the tv being static-y and cutting out every so often.

Staff was very pleasant and responsive.

The price has gone up recently. This is a bummer.
