Hyatt House Herndon/Reston

Nice room and great staff. The Wednesday night dinner was great and a nice way to meet others that were staying long term. The rooms were clean and all amenities that were needed were in the kitchen.

We had a very nice stay as a stop over on a long trip. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful and the room was very clean and well layed out. We appreciated the breakfast offered in the morning. This will definitely become our regular stopover on the long trip we take frequently.

reservation extension by phone not actually booked and arrived to no room and a sold out hotel (all hotels sold out in DMV area) so left in middle of night to impose on colleague to sleep on their hotel room couch. second night had a room and was mostly clean except found food scraps on floor on other side of bed.. housekeeping not so thorough. hotel a little dated.

Nice facility. In area of a lot of things.

I called & informed that I'd be checking in at 2-3am. Was told they would let night audit know. Night audit still set me as a no-show, charged me twice for the no-show and then the room too. Currently out $600 on a $149 stay because they also haven't released my DOUBLE safety deposit hold or refunded me the incorrect no-show fee. Called them the day I checked out & still waiting. 4 business days later and nothing has changed.

hotel is a little dated-old fashioned low tub instead of a walk in shower. The hot water took a long time to get to room.

The front staff was very nice.

I couldn’t reach out to the property. I checked out a day earlier and canceled one night through app Booking and tried to call the manager to confirm so I could get refunded but no reply for my email or call or voicemail.
