"Old hotel with no housekeeping services"

Hotel staff were friendly, however services were non-existent. There was no housekeeping services in our 4 day stay. No new linen, no toilet roll replenishment, no bin collection. Nothing at all. The hotel is very old and in dire need of renovation. Carpet was old, dirty and smelly. Loud AC/Fan unit in the room. Impossible to sleep with it on, so the room was hot and stuffy. I would stay elsewhere.

"The Best Stay Ever we felt like VIP"

The suites were perfect, comfortable and clean. We were able to speak directly with the GM Wanda who happened to be on site. We were treated and Greeted just like we were part of the Hyatt family. The hospitality was amazing. The continental breakfast was very feeling and one of the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. We had a full gym where we were able to work out and enjoy karaoke right after this was one of the best stays ever.
