Needs significant upgrading

Was told I could purchase shuttle tickets from front desk to take to all star game. But game didn't end till after 11. No one told us the shuttle didn't run that late. So paid for tickets that I couldn't use.

Bathroom floor was sticky and walls were dirty. Staff was rude when checking in. I would give it a 1/2 a star if I could.

There was flys in the room and the couches had stains.

Great, safe and convenient place to stay for Braves games. Feels more like an apartment complex with great neighbors than a hotel

Staff was very polite

Definitely not Hikton standards. Carpet Stained, comforter Stained, tile loose, dip in carpet, not clean

This place is accessible to where we attended an event and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, the room that was first assigned to us has few issues. The AC blows air but not cooling at all. We checked in but left the room right away and came late that night that we didnt tested if everything was working. The front desk moved us to another room in the middle of the night without assisting us. There was no cookware and missing utensils. The room smells bad probably because the AC was not working at all. The room we transferred for the remainder of our stay was decent.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room looks old and smell cleanning product. you can hear everything.

They yelled at me and my familly at 11:10 am that unless we had an extended stay we must be out. Yet all signs say check out at noon - this was horrible to chase your guests out of the hotel! Horrible overall experience, hotel is also not in the best of shape, we got room 240 AC broke! It was so hot! They moved us to the 3rd floor had to move all our stuff!

Oddly laid out and hard to find our room. It took 45 minutes to get in our room because the battery in the door lock had died, which made us late for our concert. Room was old and dirty. Tub drain was broken. It had a kitchen with only 1 fork for 4 people. Won't be staying there again.
