"Poor"

Location was close to major spots in the area.

The bathroom door was falling off the door frame and we could not close the door. Called the front desk and nothing could be done! The carpet in the front area had stains and we saw cockroaches in the stair landing coming to our room! I stayed there 10 years ago when in town on business. It said to see the facility has not been kept up.

The hotel was fine, but our room had no AC and it was HOT. The hotel did not offer a different room , and said they would have someone come by and fix it, but that never happened. Felt sticky the entire stay

"TERRIBLE!!!"

This was the dirtiest hotel I think I have ever stayed. FILTHY! Bugs in the bed, CRAWLING in the bed (I have pictures and videos). Bugs on the floor and bathroom floor. Carpet pulled back from the corners with dirt and mold visible. This should be turned over to the health dept it was that bad. I contacted management and NOTHING; no reply. Stay at your own risk!

"10 Days & Still Waiting on A Callback from Management"

Concerning safety & cleanliness issues. Rug separated from multiple places in room w/ staples sticking out which I cut my socks. Dirty couch. Tub wouldn’t drain after shower. I tried calling, texting, and messaging (thru the app) the front desk for help as I couldn’t locate a thermostat w/ no response. Never again.

Easy check in process and staff was friendly. I definitely would recommend staying in the second floor. We could hear the people above us stomping around until 1:30 am the first night we were there and 12:30am the second night. Towels were scratchy. The room, while run down and in need of some updating and repairs, was relatively clean. All in all, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again
