"DO NOT STAY HERE - CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS A HILTON BRANDED PROPERTY!"

Absolutely disgusting. From the arrival to the front of the building you can tell this is not a well maintained property. Entry doors to each room filthy, need to be painted. Upon entering room the stained couch / carpets. Bedroom door broken. Hair found in sink and shower. Nasty worn outlets. Door lock falling off wall. Area around a Sprinkler head absolutely falling apart. Old coffee pods left in coffee maker from previous guest. What is most disappointing is Hilton is letting this run down / dilapidated site in need of serious attention represent their Brand!

The layout couch was broke. The telephone didn’t work and some of the doors wouldn’t close all the way

"Homewood Suites has changed"

This particular Homewood Suites isn't owned by Hilton anymore. Towels were dingy and not enough for amount of people in room. Had to get clean towels from front desk daily. Mix matched curtains. Stove didn't work. No ice machines or ice trays. Had to go to front desk for ice as well. Breakfast bar ran out of French Vanilla creamer and didnt have any in the building. Scarce breakfast offered. No where near what I am used to from Homewood Suites by Hilton. If particular site is not owned by Hilton then your name needs to be taken off this property it is making you look bad.

Dear Hilton Guest Services, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton near the Hilton Garden Inn in Atlanta. As a lifelong Hilton Honors member and someone who has stayed at Hilton properties since childhood—often at Hampton Inns with my father—this experience was, without question, one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. While I want to begin by saying that the staff were friendly and polite, which I truly appreciated, the facility itself was a terrible shame. The building I was placed in had constant electrical issues—the lights in my room would flicker repeatedly, creating a truly uncomfortable atmosphere. More concerning, I had no hot water for the entire duration of my three-night stay. On the first night, I was so tired that I didn’t fully notice the issue, but by the second night I had to shower at another location due to the total lack of hot water. I was offered the option to move to another room, but I was traveling with a party of eight, including several small children, and the idea of repacking and relocating everything was more than we could manage at that point. The condition of the room itself was unacceptable: The refrigerator was rusted, The stovetop did not work, And while the microwave powered on, it failed to actually heat food. For a Hilton-branded property, this level of disrepair and discomfort is truly disheartening.

The property was in disrepair and not maintained. The first room we were put in smelled of animal urine so badly we couldn’t go in. The second room had holes in the bathroom, ceilings were sagging down and both rooms were very dirty. Ceiling fan was missing blades and carpet was ripping up.

We were just here for one night. The suite was excellent, it felt like a small apartment with the doors to the bedroom being able to close. The cleanliness of the room was 8/10. The cleanliness of the hallways & stairwell were 6/10. We had to dodge dog poop on the stairwell to not step in it! Overall a great place to stay and we were able to safely walk to everywhere we needed to go!

"Do not recommend "

So disappointed in our stay here. The room was dirty and had hair and dust in so many area throughout the room, ice from the front desk was given to us in a ziplock bag, our front door kept blowing open with the wind and our room key stopped working half way through our trip. We had to go to the front desk to be let in every time and when I went to check the status on the door for repairs, maintenance didn’t even know about it 4hrs after we spoke with the front desk. Terrible service and the location is an old, ran down apartment complex.
