The size and the price.

I couldn’t find my room because it was so dark

I check in at night and the young lady who helped me was amazing! I wish I asked for her name but it was late. The breakfast staff was also phenomenal and very attentive! I never saw a cleaning crew... Not one housekeeper and that was my only issue. I was there for three days and no one came to clean the room or change the linen. I would stay again but it wouldn't be my first choice for that reason

The front door when closed has space underneath the door and you can see the outside leaving room for rodents to enter.Firplace displayed in s3electing a room was awesome.When u get to the actual room, fireplaces are for display only.

I got out of my Uber and the door didn't open (it was like 9:30 PM?) - I rang the doorbell and the gentleman says "can I help you?" with an attitude like it was odd that I was trying to get into the hotel. I said I was checking in and he replied with the same attitude" well what's your name" - I probably don't have to tell you his attitude was the same once I went inside. He asked for my dirvers licencse. Which is odd... I gave him my passport, and he said "don't you have a drivers license?" and I said no. I tried to be friendly and said I just came from the airport and he cut me off and said "well your at the hotel now." - Extremely odd encounter. I had to walk back outside, and go to another building because all of the rooms are in different buildings, which is not really convenient. The room was freezing cold, even though the heat was on - it was like the heater couldnt keep up with the poor insulation on a cold day. They also charge an $8 "resort fee" for some strange reason.
