Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta-Galleria/Cumberland

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Hilton location. We usually stay at the Embassy Suites, which is always excellent, but decided to stay at the Cumberland/Galleria Hilton because of the location to family, restaurants and events. The carpet was frayed and old. The sink backed up. The toilet backed up. A foul order in the hallway. Then we were OVER charged for our stay and when questioned we were told that it would take a couple days for the errors to be corrected. We checked out on a Sunday and today is Tuesday and my mastercard still has almost $500 over charge. Do not stay at this location.

This location went above and beyond to accommodate my family during a major surgery stay.

Llegamos a las 4:30 pm y no habia ninguna habitacion disponible porque estaban sucias y tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente dos horas y cuando finalmente nos asignaron habitación alas 6 de la tarde, cuando entramos a la habitación ya estaba ocupada con otros huéspedes, realmente muy incomoda y vergonzosa la situación, tuvimos que ir de nuevo a la recepción y esperar media hora más para que nos consiguieran otra habitación. El desayuno era hasta las 9 am pero si llegas a las 8:30 igual tampoco hay nada de comida, supongo que si los huéspedes que se levantan más temprano son los que pueden comer porque una ves que se acaba ya no reponen la comida. Realmente terrible servicio del hotel

Door barely shut and locked. Toilet didn't drain right. Dirty carpet and stained chair and couch. The bathroom was clean, though, and the common spaces seemed well-kept. It is definitely a budget stay.

This place was seriously dilapidated. Furniture was very oid and worn. The beds were very uncomfortable with little support. The bathroom hadpeeling paint, yellowed and cracked corking around the tub. looked like it hadn’t been updated since it opened. All the outside door and entryway lights were off making it very hard to navigate in the dark. The complementary breakfast was inedible, too dry, hard and tasteless. Was one of the poorest places I’ve ever stayed at and will never stay there again.

Very comfortable, cozy, and private. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Parking was a bit sparse, but not impossible.

Close to where is was working

Had to be moved to. Diffrent room because the heating unit pulled was not working and there was nobody on site that could fix it.
