"Overall great bang for your buck"

Good price for the room. Great location of where we were going and what we were doing. Staff was friendly during any interaction with them

The rooms/property could have paid a little more attention to detail when it came to cleanliness. For example, some stains on the towels and on the carpet in the hallways

"Spend extra $$$ and stay at a better hotel"

The breakfast was decent. Night clerk was nice. Nothing else really was good. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in. Don’t know how they had such good reviews.

The shower head was leaking and made it hard to take a shower. We paid extra for the whirlpool tube and it didn’t work well. It pretty much just soaked the bath room floor. It also had a strong chlorine smell as soon as you turned it on that also burned my hands. The room next to us had a lot of dogs that barked most of the night and then woke us up before 7am. We were told by front desk that no one was in that room. We were put on 2nd floor with no elevator and it was hard for me to get up to room with my disability. The whole building smelled like moth balls. Parking was horrible. The price for this room was way too expensive. We literally had a room the night before in Nashville and it was a lot cheaper and nicer. Definitely will not stay at this hotel again.

It was clean amd the staff was friendly

The jets in the garden tub didn't work at all. Also early check in wasn't possible.
