Great place and very clean but I had to call and sit on the phone for 15 min to get through thr front door. A bit frustrating. If that email would have been sent right away there would be zero complaints

The property looked slightly unkempt. Staining on the bedding, couch and headboard. The shower product dispenser was rusting and looked genuinely terrible, looked like you’d get tetanus from touching it not to exaggerate. One of the pumps wasn’t even attached to the bottle properly. No TV in the bedroom which isn’t a big deal, just not something I see frequently. Everything else was fairly standard !!

Absolutely excellent location - only a block away from everything in downtown Greenville. Great setup with everything you need in the apartment. Highly recommend it.

"Lovely apartment"

The building was secure and felt very clean. The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was very quiet until 5am and then there was some noise, maybe from another apartment? I couldn't determine the source but i assume it was a one-off, an inconsiderate guest. Would definitely stay here again. The location is also great.

The place was ok however was not too happy about the sound quality you can hear from every room in the apartment, including the other unit. This explain why they leave complimentary ear plugs for the sound. This was my only issue and the bathroom are join to each room with no way to lock the door.

It was a comfortable, clean place to stay at a reasonable price with all the amenities we needed and very close to the places we were visiting. The parking lot is very close by, and we reserved it at $10/night beforehand. Would recommend reading the instructions about parking and check-in before arrival to avoid any confusion.

"Excellent"

Everything was great except parking was not clearly stated about paying for it so we got a ticket the first night. Also, it said that we had a balcony and we did not have a balcony. We had a sliding glass door that opened up to nothing. Otherwise, the location and the cleanliness of it was great.
