Mint House Greenville - Downtown

Great location for everything that Greenville has to offer. Apartment was large and had a nice little balcony which was good to have use of.

Property was good, and perfect for our trip to Greenville. If you’re staying in room 2D, there is a fluorescent Sun outside the window at night so plan for that if you like a dark room. The A/C couldn’t keep up. The room stayed 73-70 when set to 69°, maybe a fan in the master would help move air around, but it wasn’t unbearable. Would stay here again.

Mint House is a great space in an awesome section of downtown Greenville!

I feel like it was very good if you are staying one night, walls are super thin and you hear everything! The check in was super confusing and was waiting 45 min talking to representatives on access code due to them not having a front desk.

Really great option instead of hotel in downtown area. Sounds are magnified & very loud.

This stay was better than expected! We absolutely loved the location and the apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The instructions were clear so getting in and out was easy, and it was worth it to pay for the parking (only $10) and be able to park right downstairs. It is summer, so probably not the busiest, but there were plenty of parking spots available. We really appreciated the bottles of water, snacks, ear plugs, etc. (PS we did not use the ear plugs and found the apartment very quiet). We had plenty of towels which isn’t typical when traveling with 5 people. The attention to detail was nice and we would 100% stay here again! Thank you!!

One of the best experiences we have had. The apartment was gorgeous and very affordable. Local nightlife and restaurants all within walking distance. Would stay here 10 out of 10 times. Look forward to being back in Greenville.
