Mint House Greenville - Downtown

We stayed in this property two years in the row and we've loved the space for our family and the incredible location. The only thing I wished different would be for the kitchen to have a little more silverware or bowls... Love having a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is a little tricky. On the street you're only aloud two hours per day for free but there's paid parking near by. Would highly recommend this property.

Such a perfect location. So easy to park, checkin and check out! We will definitely be back again. We had the 3 bedroom and worked out perfectly for 2 families!!

Electric equipment i.e TV, Washer & Dryer in poor condition. When requesting repair to TV - no response after repeated request.

Best location! Walkable to the river, to the Peace Centre and to many, many restaurants. Apartment was very easy to access and had very nice amenities.

Fantastic location and our unit had everything we expected and needed.Would likely have rated our stay excellent IF the TV system had been easier to navigate and major networks acessible.Also,internet somewhat difficult to access and slow.

There were a lot of problems with receiving check-in information and then check-out information wasn't sent until after we left the property on the morning we were leaving. One of the people in our party paid for parking and never received a parking pass, then was given a ticket on her car. It's a nice place, but not worth the hassle.

Great location. Have stayed here several times. Clean.
