Bonnie and her husband was very accommodating and always eager to help.

The room that I booked wasn’t the one I had, in other words I had a downgrade told Bonnie about it and she apologised that she can’t move me anywhere because they were fully booked.. the kitchenette that I was given had no cooking gas and no utensils for me to use . I had to ask Bonnie for the the equipment that I needed to be able to use the kitchen and I didn’t got towel replacements and didn’t get any bottle water aside from my arrival day and there were group of people playing cards , smoking and chatting by my front door until very late evening..

Spacious apartment and very clean. Access to anything I needed. Helpfulness of staff. Elevator for luggage.

I've been several times to Da Nang and stayed in all sorts of hotels / Airbnb. This is by far the best place I've experienced. My room was very large, with 2 huge windows that provide plenty of natural light and a cute balcony overseeing a calm street. I noticed right away how clean the apartment was. From the counter tops to the bed sheets, you can tell the cleaning process is very rigorous. The decorations and the furnitures are simple and modest, but the room feels very cozy. The mattress is on the hard side, but I slept comfortably every night. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has good water pressure. The only downside is there is no bathroom fan. The AC unit is very effective and the kitchenette is a big plus for people who wants to cook light dishes. Finally, there is daily house keeping (which is rare nowadays) and they ŵill change the shower towel every day. This hotel is run by a family and they are the nicest people I've met in Da Nang. From the early communications for the check in to the daily operations, they are always ready to help and they are responsive to all of your questions, requests or even if you need traveling advices. Miss Phuong and her brother both speak perfect english, so I've always felt safe and understood. They also rent motorcycles / scooter at a very good price. This neighborhood is so charming. 5 minutes walking from My Khe beach, a local market just at the back, several local restaurants nearby, and much more. Highly recommended!

First off I’d like to say this is a super cute apartment, close to the beach and shops and wonderful restaurants. Communication was great, staff were super helpful and the place is somewhere you enjoy staying. I stayed here for 2 nights, on the second day I got really sick with a kidney stone and infection. I was in really bad shape, in a place I didn’t know and completely on my own. Phuong was incredible, she took me to the hospital, translated for me, stayed with me, even mopped up my sick face, she was an absolute angel and I can’t thank her enough. She showed me such kindness and it will be something I never forget.

Room was awesome, like in magazines! It’s very nice to have your own coffeehouse downstairs. Totally recommend!

Len’s place is the best decision for our Da Nang month nomadic stay! The place hits all points: Fantastic location (mins away from beach, cafes and restaurants, and a local farmers market at door step). It’s hide away from all traffic so we never had issues with noise during our stay, quiet, and peaceful. What we love the most is the coffee in the morning we can get downstairs. Price: amazing! Value is 10/10. Love the big windows with light! Host: the family is so friendly, everyone is always there to help, you can rent bike, relax at lounge area. Service: apartment has everything you need. AC, table, sofa, Tv, kitchenette, kettle, utensils, clean bathroom… and free laundry at 5th stairs if you do by yourself.

Pretty much everything we love, no complaint at all.
