the wifi was pretty bad, bed was a bit uncomfortable and you could hear pretty much everything that people were saying outside or in the lobby downstairs

super clean, big rooms and very convenient location. owners are so kind. they let us leave our bags in the lobby when our bus was cancelled. worth your money for sure.

Clean and tidy apartment with great location

In general there are no significant problems or something else

You will not find better value this close to the beach! Rooms are spacious, look like the photos and clean (cleaning is 2x per week and the cleaning lady is so sweet 🥹). Wifi is strong and reliable. The area is both quiet and busy, being residential but also next to a market. Shower head is big and water pressure is good! Kitchenette is equipped for heating up rather than cooking but there's a lot of great restaurants around anyway. I think up to a 2/3 week stay would be perfect here, especially if you plan to be out and about/ going to the beach often.

Sound does travel in the building so can be a little loud in the evening but fairly quiet in the day. There are kareoke neighbours (as there are everywhere in Vietnam) but it's usually quiet by about 9/10pm and only a few nights a week, so it's fine imo especially for the price. Pillows could use replacing as were a bit lumpy. Overall a really great find though! 🫶

It is very clean, in convenient location close to the beach, to a street market and easy to get around. The room is big and nice, the space is good and look just like in the pictures, there is a desk, couch, ac and a nice view. The family running the place is very lovely and very supportive. They helped me to top up my phone, to arrange bus for the next destination, gave me some recommendations and provided what I needed during my stay.

No complaints but improvements… A mirror would be a nice touch, the one in the bathroom is very small. The glass window above the door allows light come in the room during the night, it was not a problem for me but it would be nice to get it covered for the people who are more sensitive to light at night.
