Lem's Apartment & Coffee

Lem and his family were very friendly, gracious hosts. They always cleaned when we asked and fixed any problems we had. The room was nice, wifi was fast, air conditioning worked and there was a stove and refrigerator.

The only downside i would say is that the neighbors like to do karaoke at night, so depending on the room you might have to hear that.

The location for me was excellent, beach a few mins walk plus many restaurants everywhere.

Location close to the beach, market, supermarkets, restaurants, very kind owners and caretakers, bed size, strong wifi, good air conditioning, motorcycle rental.

Better cleaning and bedsheets changing. Street noise from early morning and karaoke loud noise in the evening considering that the property is in residential area.

Before arriving at the apartments, I received clear communication from Lem. Once I arrived, he and his family gave me a very nice welcome. I felt at home straight away, and always comfortable at the apartments. Cleanliness was excellent throughout. The bed and pillows were comfortable, as was all the furniture. The room was very spacious and quiet. I really liked the big windows with lots of natural light. I was happy with the room, which had everything described. There was equipment for preparing meals although I didn't use any of it. In any case there are lots of really good restaurants nearby. It is a quiet neighbourhood, off any main road, with lots of cafe/restaurant gems tucked away in the residential streets. I didn't hear any of the neighbours at all during my stay. Lem and his family were very friendly and helpful, lovely hosts. Thank you so much to Lem and the team for making my stay in Danang homely and memorable. I appreciate it a lot!

Great place to stay outside the main part of town. the island mostly has quite basic accomodation and this is no different. there was a great view from the balcony outside the room and we enjoyed the peace and quiet at night. If you are not planning on having a motorbike for your stay on the island then this place is pretty far from the main "busier" part of the island. But if you do, then it's not problem. Very very easy to get around. Overall we enjoyed our stay here :)

The beds are really hard. My partner and I actually like hard beds so it didn't bother us. But if you dont then it could be a problem. Everything else was great :)

Location is really convenient close to My Khe beach. Room was spacious and modern. We were there only for one night and thought it was really great value for what we paid. We had a late flight out so Lem was happy to hold on to the luggage while we went around the city after check out.

Paint on the walls were starting to show its age. While it wasn't an issue just some suggestion for improvement rather than criticism. Overall great stay.

Just the best location, near the beach and markets. 20 minute walk to the expat area though but plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. If you like coffee make sure you try Her Coffee ☕️ Apartment very comfortable with the basics provided. Bed just average, but room super clean and they come every second day and change sheets and towels.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
