Les Chambres

Great experience in such a welcoming guest house. Good location in Central Franschhoek close to the restaurants of the Quartier Francais. Very comfortable and thoughtfully furnished room - we appreciated the complimentary fizz and nougat. Reasonable sized pool to relax in on a very hot day. Tasty breakfast including a perfect eggs florentine. Hope fully, we will be able to stay longer on a future visit.

Wonderful boutique B&B in the heart of the village of Franschoek. Lovely room and amenities. Pool area was a wonderful surprise with sunshine all day Highlight however was the hospitality of Peter and team who were excellent throughout I couldn’t recommend the place highly enough. Enjoy

We’ve just got home following our three night stay at the stunning Les Chambres. Bradley, Peter and the entire team went out of their way to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place is top class, as were the rose gardens and pool area. Breakfast offerings also delicious. A truly stunning guest house in Franschhoek and we’re so glad that we chose it.

Comfortable room and a large bathroom. We didn't have time to use the pool area but it was always full when we walked by so get there early if you want a particular place to be. Breakfast was generous and the green juice a standout. The rose garden was very pretty and there was off street parking available.

We had the pleasure of staying at Les Chambres from January 18th to 20th, and what a delightful experience it was! Perfectly located in the center of Franschhoek, it made exploring this beautiful town so easy and enjoyable. From the moment we walked through the stunning rose garden and into the beautiful house, we felt completely at ease. The cozy lounge and dining area, where a delicious breakfast is served each morning, set the tone for a perfect stay. We were lucky to stay in suites 3 and 4, both spacious, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. The heated pool was a highlight, and the attention to detail and care from the team made our time there even more special. Thank you, Les Chambres, for such a wonderful experience. We loved our stay at Les Chambres. The location was perfect on a quiet street just set back from the Main Street running through Franschhoek so walking distance to restaurants, Le Lude vineyard, Woolworths - all sorts but still very quiet. Great communication for check in via WhatsApp. We were early & we stored our bags then went for a walk. Everything was sorted for our return with bags taken up to our room in the eaves of the main house. Great sized room with a huge bed. A complementary half bottle of MCC on arrival with fab Illy coffee pods & a milk frother with milk. Little biscuits too. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower with lovely smelling complementary toiletries. I’d say the bathroom floor does need a good clean though as we discovered when my husband smashed his bottle of aftershave and I cleaned it up. Breakfast is amazing. The green juice a must get are the omelettes and the French toast. We had to leave early on our final day before breakfast started but they bought us a huge tray of goodies the evening before including yoghurt & granola pots, fruit, a platter of meat & cheese, pastries…oh and their homemade muffins! The pool and garden area is lovely with lots of places to sit. Very comfortable sunbeds with thick mattresses. Pool is small but a good temperature. There is an honesty bar but we didn’t use it. Fab stay. Would recommend.

This place checks all the boxes. Adorable. Rose garden, pool, fabulous breakfast. Romantic room. Location. Right in town, can walk from restaurants at night. Secure parking. Great price for one of the best locations. Too bad I was out wine tasting and eating. I didn’t get to take advantage of this fabulous place
