I liked the property’s proximity to the airport. The booking also came with complimentary activities. In addition, the food served at the restaurants were amazing and the staff were extremely friendly! 👌🏽

The AC in my room didn’t cool enough at night, but there was a fan, so I just used both.

Quand bien même que l'hôtel soit implanté en bordure d'une réserve naturelle marine, ce qui implique l'absence d'activités nautiques. Obligation de se rendre à pied au SHANDRANI pour pratiquer. L'isolement de l'hôtel et l'absence de commerces à proximité obligent la nécessité d'un moyen de transport à chaque déplacement et de faire appel à un taxi car je ne conduis pas ... à gauche.

The staff

It is not a 5 star hotel. Sheets were so dirty, ants everywhere in our room, mood in the bathroom, sandy dirty room and very bad communication and organisation. We wouldn’t come again or try any of the beaches across the world.

1. I had taken a half board offer (breakfast + dinner) and was not informed at that stage that water would be charged for. I had to pay MUR 220/- for a bottle of water at dinner. This is not acceptable after paying nearly AED 4000/- for 3 nights! 2. I had to ask more than 5 staff to give me fresh towels/water, as I didn't want room cleaning on a daily basis. Staff were either reluctant to give me the same or didn't care at all! Not 5 star standards, sorry! 3. Room Service charges were ridiculous! Ordered lunch in the room, rate for food was MUR 1300/- BUT room delivery service was MUR 500/-!!!

Très bel hôtel au bord de la plage, endroit magnifique et ressourçant. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour Rebecca merci pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son efficacité remarquable !

احد افضل الفنادق التي سكنت فيها، تم تلبيه جميع طلباتي ( تسجيل دخول مبكر وتسجيل خروج متأخر) وتم ترقيه الغرفة الى غرفة مطله على البحر بدون طلب مني، فندق جميل لشهر العسل والاستجمام والموظفين ودودون ويسعون إلى راحتك وتلبيه جميع الطلبات.

الإنترنت اقل من مستوى الفندق اتمنى العمل على تحسين سرعته.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den ursprünglichen Südosten von Mauritius zu entdecken. Besonders gefallen haben uns die moderne, stilvolle Architektur, die entspannte Atmosphäre und vor allem die aussergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden . Ein Highlight war die Nähe zur Blue Bay Marine Park Lagune. Das Schnorcheln dort war fantastisch. Besonders schön fanden wir zudem die Rum-Degustation im Hotel – in entspannter Atmosphäre konnten wir verschiedene mauritische Rums kennenlernen und mehr über deren Herstellung erfahren. Das Aktivitätenprogramm war aussergewöhnlich vielseitig: vom Jungle Walk über Core-Training im Wald, Bohenschiessen bis hin zu Klangschalen-Meditationen. Für jeden war etwas dabei und die Angebote waren liebevoll gestaltet. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um Mauritius aktiv zu entdecken und gleichzeitig zur Ruhe zu kommen.
