Morden Motor Inn

The manager himself offered me the messy room for a cheaper stay if I'd clean it myself, short staffed, always had to get a new key card, found mouse poop when I was moving out and they ripped me off. Would not recommend to anyone.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion about the Hotels.com reservation, which delayed our check-in by quite a bit. Once we were in our room, it was clean and comfortable. There was a mini-fridge and microwave. The WiFi worked well. There was a nice deep tub. The bed was comfortable.

It was very we enjoyed our stay.

It has a really good restaurant attached so that was good. I liked that there were extra blankets and pillows on the shelf! The rooms themselves aren’t very sound proof, the clang of the motel rooms hallway door was loud every time someone came in or out and our room was right there. Across the hall was a noisy family with kids playing mi I sticks with the door wide open. I laid my coat across the bottom of our door to help muffle the sound. It was a good price though 😊

Make sure you get a room that does not have squeaky mattresses! Our first room Head Post mattress is squeaky. Mine was so loud it kept my wife awake. We ask for a different room the next night. The mattresses were still squeaky, but not quite as bad, and my bed didn't sink in the middle. Be sure you check the beds before you accept the room. The coffee shop is convenient, although perhaps a little pricey for what you get.

Place was not busy. Service good. Orders were bit slow but that was ok for our purpose. Food was very good and table service continued throughout our meal. Quiet atmosphere. Ordered variety of food for our group and it all came at once.

Motor Inn 2017 This is an update photo gallery of the Motor Inn. Morden Motor Inn is a family owned business from 1993. It prides itself in being part of the morden community. 46 rooms with a 250 seat bar and a meeting and dining room. As well as a on premise cold beer store.

I often go here with s group of friends. I usually just have coffee but the service is always super efficient & now the waitresses pretty well know our orders! I see lots of scrumptious looking meals go by. I’d LOVE to try out their MEXICAN BUFFET!!😄

My room was across a busy street from the main Motel lobby, and restaurant. First impression wasn't great. None of the lights worked as I entered, and the room stank of cheap cologne. I was able to get one of the lights working by screwing in the light bulb. The wifi wasn't working at all. I approached the front desk to alert them. True, the lights were handled right away, however, that wifi NEVER worked well all night. Either it disappeared entirely, or it was down to one bar. I rely on the internet to find local attractions, and restaurants. Didn't find out that there was a beautiful Kinsmen Trail to the local beach/park just a few blocks behind the motel until I left the area. I am not impressed especially since I had inquired at the desk if there were any trails nearby. Someone tried to enter my suite near 1 am, there are no physical door bar lock on my door, so I had to prop a chair up against the door handle. Not worth the price.. I would rather stay elsewhere.
