Photos of the property online appear to have been taken from a drone leading to believe it was an apartment unit located in a high rise building, and is not. The unit was very clean but housekeeping only showed one time my entire stay(5 days) with a new set of towels, never clean the unit, change the garbage or made our bed. Front desk never answered the phone, but they were professional and friendly when checking-in. Pool needs maintenance, pool water was somewhat dark, and pools are small. Location is optimal!

"Cerca a la playa pero el aseo y la atención dejan mucho que desear"

La cercanía a la playa

La suciedad, la presencia permanente de personas de mala presencia, drogadas o borrachas en las instalaciones del hotel no nos permitió disfrutar de las áreas de esparcimiento. El consumo de marihuana es constante. Además, el tercer día de nuestra estadía encontramos a un joven borracho, dormido con las botellas de licor al lado a las 8 am.

1207 is a nice unit but some of the other units are a nightmare! When we went to check-in, they told us that the unit was not available because of plumbing so they put us at the Neptune. I told the gentleman at the front desk that I might wanna extend a couple days. I wasn’t sure he said that wouldn’t be a problem if I wasn’t able to extend through booking.com Just to make a new reservation and that I could stay in the same room as long as I paid $39 difference when I went

Maria the lady at the front desk and William the manager. They are rude and ruthless. That lady has no customer service skills. Told me I was wasting her time and to get out of her face. I hope the cameras record. This woman needs to be terminated
