After arrival, we were actually offered to stay at the Neptune Hotel for a little more money. So glad we did because we were just steps from the beach. With a beach view in front and pool view in back. Beautiful stay. Thanks!

Can't really say we "didn't like " anything. Maybe except for the fact you have to rent beach towels ($5 per day) they do not come with price of your room.

Staff was very nice. Room is old and outdated. Window air conditioning was so loud I could not sleep. Definitely needs a revamp.

The location is excellent—just a few steps from Hollywood Beach, which is very convenient. The price is reasonable for the area and includes breakfast, which adds value (although it ends at 9:30 a.m., so we didn’t get to enjoy it). This is my third time staying at a Hollywood Beach Hotels property. While they are not the most modern or luxurious, the location and price make them a convenient option I would consider again for future stays.

The parking fee felt high. Even when requesting a two-hour extension, the charge was the same as an overnight stay ($20). While most of the staff were very friendly, the first person who assisted us was not particularly welcoming. The room was clean, but the common areas and surroundings looked somewhat neglected. The room need better lightning.

Honestly, one of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stated. We pulled up later in the evening after a long drive checked in and had to pay an additional outrages fee for parking, including taxes and fees. The hotel room itself has dirt and sand on all the baseboards in the outlet covers, giving it nasty dirty vibes. Everything looks painted over and peeling. The pullout bed had rust on the mattress no joke literally rust on the mattress from the springs. When I went to the front desk to ask for an extra set sheets and a fold out bed they claimed they had the guy said they don’t have any and just walked away and left me standing there so I was not sure if I should just wait or leave. I left and luckily for me they ended up knocking on the door and giving me a set of sheets. The person said they don’t have extra fold out beds here even though that’s something they said online. Horrible wifi so nothing really works. They collect their 5 stars by a spinning wheel. Leave a 5 star, spin and get a free reward. Don’t waste your time,

Beware- we found bedbugs in the bed! I went to check on my daughter and found one on her pillow. An additional one was found when I pulled the sheets back.It’s a cheap stay near the beach but you get what you pay for. And over all the unit was not very clean. All they offered was a different unit so we had to drag our luggage down the street and around the corner. It was late and I had children so I did not want
