It has been almost a week since I checked out and I still haven't received my deposit

The staff was rude,they charged 270. Dollars for one night, biggest roach bug id even seen crawling across the floor about three inches big had to get one of the neighbors to come in and kill it ,and they said they only payed 80 dollars a night to stay there,a man was very rude that was staying there ,the people upstairs were so noisy sound like they were throwing furniture around,I'll never stay again 😞

I love the palms. The one bedroom was absolutely beautiful.

What I did not like is the fact that the staff is really not nice especially the lady Maria in the front. She is absolutely rude. I checked in at 3 o’clock in the morning and they were banging on our door by 11 o’clock and then she charged me an additional 60 something dollars until 2 o’clock and I wasn’t even there till 2 o’clock, but she was extremely rude. Chewing your food while she was talking to me and I don’t care if she’s from New York. There’s no reason for her to treat people that way I’m a regular at your hotel if you guys pull my name up, you’ll see that I rented several times and I’ve never had as many issues as I have The last couple bookings. It’s the summertime so I do like to come out here and enjoy the sunrises I have a two-year-old daughter and I would love for her to experience all of Hollywood as I did growing up and unfortunately, this experience with your hotel has me a little sour. I still reserved afterwards, but they didn’t give me the paul they gave me the seagull or excuse me the swan and I was not too impressed. Not that it’s bad just wasn’t up to par

The properties absolutely amazing. The staff, however, is not in the office, especially that lady Maria.

I did not like how that lady Maria in the front office treated me. She is extremely rude and it’s not the first bad experience that I have with her. She needs to learn how to be a little more amicable and stop eating and chewing her food in front of customers that is very rude. She needs to learn how to have some manners and get some couth

They should offer a free parking

We had the worst experience at this hotel, we paid for parking and our car was towed from the hotel Parking lot, it cost us double to stay here and we lost money due to the car getting towed. The staff is not helpful and they will charge you for parking and still let your car get towed, we paid $340.00 in only parking costs, the hotel is not worth the money... I suggest if you think is a good deal RUN!!!!! Its not a good deal....
