"Very nice get away"

Location fantastic. Breakfast was very good. Service was amazing Close to beach Close to the town centre Close to restaurants

Paying for parking was not mentioned we had two cars cost £40 for two days

We loved all of it, it is run by a lovely couple who were really friendly and every time we saw them they asked if there was anything we needed, when it was time for checking out they said we could stay till it was time for our train as it was checking it down

"All good A++"

Great place to stay for family weekend or mini holidays. 4 of us felt comfortable enough in room. Breakfast was served on time and freshly cooked, can't really fault it based on couple days stay.

The comfort, hosts, breakfast and location. Keith and his lovely wife were so friendly and could not do enough for us. They made us feel so welcome. We even got to meet their lovely daughter and grandchildren. Plus Keith's wife makes the most gorgeous jewellery amongst other things. I bought a beautiful pendant to remember this trip. The location is fabulous, its on a quite street but 5 minutes from beach and town plus great transport links. The steam train is around the corner which is brilliant plus you can get the number 12 bus to Brixham or Torquay. We absolutely loved our stay here. I haven't been very well and this was just what I needed. We will definitely come again. Thanks to both of you.

"Fantastic little gem"

The hosts Keith & Margaret were absolutely fantastic 👌 They couldn't of done anymore to make our stay enjoyable! Location was fantastic, breakfast was lovely and the room was lovely and clean.

The only down side was no free parking but it won't put us off returning

"I like Paignton, i like to visit again.."

Very friendly and helpfull owner, quite, peaceful place.. location is excellent..

Toilet and shower place narrow, you can hardly move around.
