I didn’t have the breakfast. The location was excellent. It was great value for money. It was very hot and the hosts had prepared chilled water and opened the windows. They were friendly and helpful.

Lovely host, beautiful room and a lovely brekfast added bonus only a short walk to the sea front. We hope to return soon!

There was nothing to dislike.. clean..perfect location..hosts were welcoming..room spotless..breakfast was everything and also catered for my dairy free choice..even coco was welcoming..definitely will return and recommend..that you both for a lovely stay

Great hospitality from the owners Keith and Margaret,lovely freshly cooked food for breakfast,situated in a great location close to beach,shops and amenities. We had everything we needed in our ensuite room safe,fridge hairdryer,towels,bedding and hot drink facilities. They are very knowledgeable about the area. Love Margaret's handmade jewellery which you can purchase and her crafty upcycyling,her lemon cake which she baked for her neighbours birthday looked lovely 😋 Thank you for our easter eggs,lovely touch We are hoping to book a return visit in the summer

Easy to find central location with parking available. Overall, it is great value for money.

Friendly host. Great hospitality. So helpful with parking. Room well equipped with tea,coffee , fridge, heating etc. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Great location for the beach and town.

I had a very comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Keith and Maggie. They were friendly, polite and courteous. When travelling alone it makes a huge difference.

Very friendly family here, very close to the beachfront. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfy and there was a fridge in the room and lots of blankets if needed

How early the breakfast was bur we made it down on am 2 as we had to advise if we were the night before. we were too tired after the travel the 1st night.
