Rosemead Guest House

Nice big family bedroom, bottles of water in the mini fridge. Keith the owner was nice. Breakfast was lovely, order what you want the night before. Downside the stairs were very steep and was on the top floor.

Really good location near the sea front and the centre/ train station. Really friendly owners. Rooms were comfortable and good. Breakfast was amazing!

Overwhelming smell off dog in property. Stated when booked parking available no need to reserve only to find out had to use multi story car park

The location was central to everything. Five minutes walk from the bus and train stations and three minutes from the seafront. The breakfast was first class, nothing was too much trouble. Keith and Margaret were the perfect hosts. I highly recommend Rosemead Guest House.

Everything was perfect.

Thank you for the host for getting up early every day to make the breakfast for me.the peachs and strawberries are very fresh. The room was also very cozy and I was upgraded to a room with a bathroom. Thank you ! I will stay here again next time I go to paignton.

The host was very knowledgeable about everything going on in the local area on my stay dates and was very helpful in finding somewhere to store my transport over the weekend and the breakfast was brilliant and he asked what I wanted when I arrived
