Great location very near to car park & sea front. Clean & tidy with good facilities & extremely accommodating hosts. Nice breakfasts too!

En suite couldn't have been any smaller but was perfectly adequate for a short stay. No real complaints at all.

The atmosphere and the staff are lovely very welcoming. The rooms are so lovely and clean Perfect place to stay, kids parks and shops all at the end of the road. Also has a carpark so no messing about looking for a spot.

Very nice location, Keith and Margaret were excellent hosts.

Because of it being half term and the air show was on, Paignton was extremely crowded.

Location, bedding and exceptional breakfast

Property is dated. First time, but probably last in Paignton. Town is full of vagrants and drunk people - not great for families-not for us, anyway
