Rosemead Guest House

Great place, friendly host, great location. Room a bit small but expected as in description it states 'small'. Very good all round

Breakfast was great. Hosts were lovely and very obliging and helpful. The room was excellent, with generous amounts and good range of quality teas and coffes etc. The fridge and water was much appreciated. The bathroom, though smallish, was perfectly adequate and was stocked with nice products. The fan was put to some good use too as we were blessed with warm weather. The whole place had a lovely, homely feel, very comfortable and welcoming. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend to others thinking of visiting paignton. Take a bow keith and margaret!

Having no on-site parking is all i can think of, as it was an expense i hadn't considered. Although this wasn't a big inconvenience to me, perhaps mentioning this on the booking sites would be helpful? Otherwise, all angles for a great stay were more than covered.

Fantastic stay at Rosemead, Keith in particular was brilliant & really looked after us. From the cleanliness of the room and the entire guest house to the food & service it was too notch! The location was perfect too, close to amenities and transport. Can’t recommend enough & will definitely be staying again :)
