Great reception and ensuring you have everything you need 2 mins walk from the front and owner goes out of his way to make you feel welcome it's like a home from home

If in a single room not on suite but nice bathroom opposite

The Rosemead gusst house was really nice the best I stop in really welcoming nice an clean nothing wasn't to much trouble breakfast was so nice can't fault it Keith an Margaret Grait hosts definitely will be staying again there I would definitely recommend the Rosemead two anyone who looking to stay

"Perfect break, in a great guest house with perfect hosts."

Lovely guest house, great size room. Margaret and Keith were great hosts, breakfast was perfect and Keith was very attentive making sure everyone had everything they wanted both at breakfast and for the room, very friendly. Ideal location close to the sea front, bus and train station. We had a perfect stay and would definitely recommend The Rosemead.
