Quiet location but only a sort walk to restaurants, shops and the marina, friendly staff, clean and very well decorated, good breakfast. Pet lovers will be delighted with Loox , the resident dog

The property is really cute, the room was big and bed was comfortable. The breakfast included is good. The ladies at the service were really nice. All the staff was really helpful.

I get the room #1 that is straight on the street and definitely too loud to have a good rest because of the party bus that pass by this street until late, the daily traffic and the many errand dogs in the area that bark. Missing a fence.

Really everything was very good and satisfying. Gil is a very caring person who always wants the best for his guests. Everybody working there has always a huge smile and is ready to help when you have a question.

I was staying in room 1 and every morning at 6.30am the dog barked and woke me up. There is not much the hotel can do about this but I would recommend to request a different room. Requesting for a tip for the breakfast ladies. Yucatan peninsula should take an example to the rest of Mexico. They never ask for tips not even the poorest state of Chiapas.

The facilities were great, I had a minor problem with the water supply but it was fixed up in less that 10 minutes. The pool is awesome, small but comfy. Breakfast was sufficient, not too much but just in the point you need to start your day. The lagoon is a 2-3 minute walk (2 blocks) and is straight to a dock where you can watch the sunrise and have a swim.
