One Beach Street Zona Romantica Puerto Vallarta

When we arrived to our room , it was very musty smelling. We opened cabinets in the kitchen to see what glassware , cookware etc. That we had to work with , and the countertop was falling apart , and particle board fell all over the floor . The countertop was really old and cheap and had been patched once. The page for the Hotel said that they had laundry available , which they did not, and we packed with the expectation that we would be able to do laundry . The sink had no drain plug . They also did not provide any kind of sponge or cloth to actually wash dishes . The pots and pans were so scratched up that we didn’t even want to use them . I would not ever stay here again !

The location was great, but the pool wasn't as nice as the photos. The building is very old and not in great shape.

We loved staying here. Spacious suite with a kitchen; staff even cleaned our dishes for us. When we requested a later checkout time, the staff were very accommodating.

The negative: we booked a "1 Bedroom Apartment Ocean View" and were given a room that faced the building next door (no ocean view in sight) - it was so dark and depressing in the room. The positives: the property is in a great location, felt very safe, and it was really nice to have a refrigerator in the room. I think if we would have had an ocean view I would have been very pleased with this property at the price we paid.

We ate breakfast off premises at coco's and salads

Everything was good!

The property is old and dated.

What i did not like is they only cleaned are room once during the week

Expensive for what it was. Stayed elsewhere for less with more luxurious facilities

They had a refrigerator,The man was nice that helped us bring our bags up 3 flights of steps

terrible stay,so many steps to get to our room.The pool was so tiny and similar to a baby pool.The beds were awful.Then we had to pay for water to be put in our room so we could brush our teeth.
