The location was great and the overall stay was enjoyable. but the AC in our unit didn't work the first two days and no receptionist was available on weekends to assist. This was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Hotel was next to everything.. beach, restaurants and downtown shopping. I enjoyed walking in the safe neighborhood.

Great location. Great views. Very spacious. Comfortable bed.

I had my hopes up thinking I was going to get what I paid for. Which was an Ocean View room. Instead; I was given a parcial ocean view at the ally side. I spoke to the receptionist but said that despite it being advertised as ocean view and charged as such; that I was always getting a partial ocean view. if you can see the ocean even if it’s for just a little; they consider that as a full ocean view. Get front view instead they said. I felt stupid for trusting them. I hate to be deceived. It was going to be a welcome back home from being deployed for a year moment. I booked it 5 months in advance at their highest room selection that the site displayed. I found other more affordable places with an ocean view around the area. Same amenities and better than One Street Beach. This Hotel really lost me completely.

Most of the staff was polite and professional, the location was great, the safety flow of the area was the best. The layout of condos was good.

I was really disappointed with the reservations lady that works for the property. She left work that day without confirming our stay (and another guest) with lobby/staff personnel and so they were not expecting us, i had to pay cash (a hundred and fourty dolllars) for the first night again because reservations lady had gone home for the day; even though i had already paid via travel site. I had to go back to lobby/office the following day to sort that out and try to get my cash back which i did. I also had to make sure they were aware of any keys or remotes i did/didn’t get so that i wouldn't be charged for it like my surprise cash fee for the 1st night. Other than that 1st day disappointment, it was a good stay.

rooms were large but I was glad I got an ocean view room for view vs courtyard as it was a bit dark. no amenities at hotel but pool. no beach access.

reception was only open m-f 10-6 so if you needed anything or had questions, reception closed. the security guys were great but didn’t speak a lot of English. I arrived on Monday -a holiday and only security guy to give me key but didn’t know about anything else-no remotes, pool towels, Internet info. I thought that on Tuesday at 10, reception should have come to room snd explained all amenities as no instructions in room.

pictures do not look the same view of the dirt road with cats hanging out on patio no remotes provided the first night including a/c, tv or safety deposit no instructions on where pool or any other amenities no water or dish soap or paper towels in kitchen just had a really depressing motel feel with lights that remind me of a hospital surgical room
