Property was ok for the price and area was nice and friendly but its not family friendly as it’s a romantic area and it’s catered more towards LGBTQ

I booked for a queen and ended up with a full bed disappointed A/C did not work

The property was okay. Had minor issues with the air conditioner leaking but they got it fixed the next day. I don’t recommend the zone since it’s not family friendly. A lot of men walking half naked. It’s the gay/lesbian zone

Very quiet atmosphere, very close to the beach ⛱️

The location can't be beat ... just a small street to cross and you're at the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distace. Our room was very spacious. It was old but clean. There were the basics for the kitchen: dinnerware and some cookware. Enough for small meals like breakfast. We had to buy our own dishsoap and dish sponge; there were no dish towels or dishcloths so you may want to bring your own. The pool was small and the lounge chairs were older; however, we used it every day after getting our share of beach time.

This hotel is a converted condo property. My stay was in a 1 bedroom apartment and was as advertised. The unit was dated for sure, but it has been maintained about as best as it can be for its age. The unit was large and comfortable. I'm not very fussy, so it was great for me. The property is 1st row from the beach with views to the beach and is very close to getting your feet in the sand. The pool is disappointing (just about 4 ft. deep all throughout and fairly small), so this is not your choice if you are looking for the kids to do a lot of swimming. The property felt safe and secure with 24hr. door service, but the reception only opens at 10am. The fitness room is not much to speak of, either, and is accessed through the reception area, so only when that is staffed can you access (but with all the walking I did, this was totally unnecessary). There were 2 very close local markets for buying all necessary food items for your stay to make use of the kitchen (which is great to have but don't expect gourmet cookware). What you do get is great proximity to the beach and you can easily walk along the beach-front boardwalk to the larger Malecon within 5-10 minutes or you can walk along the neighborhood streets also within the same time. For in-room security, there is a safe but it's locked with a key, which you would then need to "hide" somewhere else.

Beautiful room excellent service friendly staff

This Hotel/apartment wasn't what the website looked like. I wanted to change our room, but couldn't because we booked through Booking. com. It was a place to hang our hat. The bed was decent. Not bad to walk to places.

The refrigerator should have been already turned on. The microwave lights/timer didn't work. The shower light didn't work, the bedroom table lamps need to be replaced the switches aren't working safely. The fan in the living area pulls broke off in our hand. The drape to blocked out the incredibly bright street light needs to be a blackout drape. We had to ask for more toilet paper and to have our filtered water bottle to be replaced.
