One Beach Street Zona Romantica Puerto Vallarta

The locaction is excellent, being in the heart of the action of the Romatica zone and all it's happenings. The beach is close and most things are within walking distance. The condo's could use more basic ammenities such as more cooking utencils, dish soap, dish cloths and tea towels. Our stove elements were slow to heat and did not get up to full temperature. We spent many days enjoying the deck and watching the waves and sunsets. Staff were great in all respects. We found the beds and pillows comfortable. It would be nice to have a restraunt on location but there are others readily accessible. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return without hesitation. We love the old mexican vibe at this establishment.

Safe, secure, quiet, full kitchen, washer/dryer, guard gated entrance, guard gated garage. Away from the busy side of Zona Romantica, but still walking distance to everything. Very close to the neighborhood market and pharmacy. Easy access to the beach from the parking garage. At least one taxi always stages outside the front entrance for quick and affordable transportation. We paid an average of 50 to 100 pesos to destinations within Zona Romantica, 120 to 150 pesos to La Isla Mall and 300 pesos to the airport (plus tips). We even took a taxi to Nayarit, but I don't remember how much we paid. The pool was located on a terrace and was always quiet. A large selection of reading material is located on a shelf near the pool. Small gym next to the reception. Nice, clean property with nice staff.

Great location on beach and within walking district of centre

AS A 3 STAR CONDO/RESORT, ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. MAID SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, AND STAFF WAS NICE AND WELCOMING. LASTLY, THE WASHER/DRYER OPTION WAS A NICE FEATURE. ONLY ISSUE WAS THE FURNITURE MOVERS ABOUT OUR UNIT.

Everyone one there was amazing!

Very uncomfortable sofa bed, poor AC, balcony very hot due to the AC condenser installed in our balcony, not able to sitting and enjoy the balcony, too much hot air releasing from the AC condenser, I was exploring the area and found better places for the the same money

An older property. We rented a 1 bedroom. There was no tv in the living room which was set up as unusable as a living room but great room for dining room. Safe bed was uncomfortable, but the main bed was great. Having a waher and dryer in the room was helpful. The pool was small. Great location for the beach and restaurant. On the lower end of the Zona Romantica.

Small staff that is sometimes unavailable.

Great location. Lots tondo walking distance.
