Der Check In war unkompliziert und lief reibungslos.

Die Unterkunft ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Überall ist was kaputt oder beschädigt. Hier müsste mal etwas der nicht geringen Übernachtungskosten reinvestiert werden. Für eine Nacht gerade noch OK.

"Zona tranquilla e ottima posizione"

Ottima posizione vicino al faro di Reikjavik, zona super tranquilla, ma comunque molto vicina ai punti d'interesse della città

La stanza aveva una tenda che non si chiudeva e la finestra rimaneva in parte aperta. Niente di grave, però andrebbero sistemate

Clean, bed was comfortable, good location. We did see the northern lights on our only night here.

A little small when we were staying here with I think 2 other families with children and another couple with one bathroom and shower and kitchen.

"Bene ma non benissimo"

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera familiare con bagno privato. Molto ampia e la veduta dalle ampie vetrate era molto bella. Molto comodo avere anche il tavolo da pranzo. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema che, una volta segnalato allo staff, è stato immediatamente risolto (la ragazza con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare è stata gentilissima).

La cucina in comune è sicuramente il punto debole: seppur ben attrezzata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, è molto trascurata e la pulizia non è eccellente. Anche il bagno della camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato avrebbe bisogno di essere risistemato
