Lots to be desired...I am not a fussy traveler and expect things to be at least adequately acceptable. This stay did not meet my basic expectations.

It was quite good value for money

Walls are from paper you can hear everything and everyone in the guesthouse.

There was free parking and the price was right. The location was quiet and easy to get to.

The property is very poorly maintained. Paint was missing everywhere, the bathroom was very water damaged and there was mold. The common floor mat for the shower was soaking and nasty. The kitchen was definitely photographed at a much earlier time and from very advantageous angles. The room was very small and even the bed sheets were put on backwards (which in the grand scheme of things doesn’t really matter, but still shows the lack of thoughtfulness). Luckily we were so tired from our early morning flight and driving around all day, we fell into bed.

This may be a good spot to see the northern lights from but that was not the reason of my trip, the place is nothing like as it was advertised I feel like they were deceiving, I would not recommend this to anyone The place was old, everything was not as the pictures, the bed sheets were old, the pillows have no body left on them, they were old and flat, if it wasn't for me coming in so late and having no time to switch hotels I would have not stayed there, there was supposed to be a bathroom per stay and we had to share the bathroom with a whole another family, it was awkard I was charged 30 Euros for 3 breakfast that I never got, on the fridge there was some juices and I bag with what it look like pancake mix, that is not a 30 euros breakfast

Very cute guesthouse and great location. A cat came to stay with us, that was really cute. The kids enjoyed it.

Could have been a tiny bit cleaner but was ok.
