Harmony Resort Boutique Hotel

Quiet place, proximity to the beach. Clean. Problems, in the end, got solved.

The confirmation read "suite, sofa, balcony internet". The room was "room 9"wide, no sofa, no balcony, lousy internet connection". I had to override the girl in charge of reservations to get the room I reserved after 3 days

Nice, attentive staff, good poolside area, breakfast nice, you get what you ask for! In a good way.

Sometimes not clean towels available, water pressure poor in the shower

The environment is good, the staff are friendly and nice, but the facilities need to be repaired. The water pressure is low, the air condition always leakage of water, the bedside drawers are not function well

Main cook - Malik was the best, he really puts efford to make food delicious. All staff were very friendly

Cleanliness ,especially the toilet , it was stained , the pool cannot be used, and the location is not convenient. They should improve on TV channels . Their Internet was really good

The staff were wonderful and the 2 bedroom accommodation we stayed in was high quality and met our needs. Our children loved it and the staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. We would definitely be back.

In house restaurant very expensive and prices should be reviewed. The swimming pool needs regular cleaning with a filter fitted which works. Transportation from the airport arranged by the hotel was terrible with no seat belts for the passengers. Staff very responsive with feedback and I hope they make the changes needed as it is such a wonderful place to stay and the kids loved it so much

Staff were excellent. The hotel is very clean and functional. The pool and lawn were great to use. Short walk down to the beach. Good food served at the restaurant.

There are small details in the building that could be maintained better, but it did not make us uncomfortable.
