Only staff behaviour

My stay was disappointing. The Classic Room fare shown during booking did not match the actual amount charged. In addition, the rooms were very small and did not justify the price of approximately ₹6,000 per night+ GST. The overall experience did not provide good value for money. I would recommend improving pricing transparency and room quality to better meet guest expectations.

"Don't waste your money for mall road connectivity"

"Best location but poor access and services."

One has to climb many steps to take hotel lift.Even while getting down also,you have to use many stairs.Not recommended for senior citizen and family with small kids.Food over priced.Out side room,in Premier room has no roof out side at door,so u have to stand in rain and snow till u reach home,open room.Housekeeping is very poor,Sterling should look into.Staff does not provide your all toiletries and tea kettle kit.u have to repeatedly ask for.Best location but no view from room and poor access to hotel and services is not worth paying the high price.Not recommended.Rakesh Agrawal

"Very nice hotel for stay"

Hotel location on Mall road.

Climbing up many upstairs with luggage before catching lift. Additional lift arrangement may be looked for future improvement

Bathrooms dont have seperate bathing cubicles. So entire bathroom gets wet including the toilet side
