BelleVue Oasis-Palm Springs - Adults Only

This was a very discouraging check-in since I didn't receive the info as far as the gate code and room number until just a few minutes before arrival. When I did gain access to the room, there appears to be a flea infestation in the room I was in, so I requested to be switched, which they did, and the other room was fine as far as fleas, but the mattress was quite lumpy so I actually was a bit unnerved by that. One other oddity was the TV set was difficult to access, since there needed to be a code to be able to watch normal broadcast channels, however, a previous tenant left his Netflix account still working on the set. On the plus side, it was extremely quiet and had a wonderful pool as well as a small private back patio which was a nice addition.

Absolutely the most beautiful property exclusive private we had a really amazing time we can’t wait to book it again.

My boyfriend and I recently spent three nights at the bellevue oasis. We really loved it. It’s tucked off into a quiet neighborhood. There are palm trees all around. The pool is clean and perfectly sized. It’s a great place to forget all of your troubles. I love the convenience of the kitchen, which is furnished with dishes, glasses and whatever you need. The bed was super comfy! love the fact that it’s adults only, so no children are ever present. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful. If you need anything, you just text them and they’ll bring you towels or coffee or whatever. The staff is very sweet.We will definitely be back in the future. Always a good time

This property is absolutely amazing! Quiet, private and perfect. The staff is so accommodating and its location to downtown Palm Springs is perfect.

Overall the place is ok. The pool was very dirty, water cloudy. And we got the deluxe king suite and the bed was NOT king. They put together 2 mattresses trying to make it king. Very very uncomfortable. And the fire alarm went off twice on our last night there. At 1 and 4am. Definitely would recommend for them to get a better mattress or do not advertise a king bed when it isn’t.

This property was the perfect size

The owners need to invest in maintaining this property if they want return visitors. What I noticed were blood stains on the comforter, stains on the sofa, worn bathroom vanity with little counter space and it was missing a stopper (could see down the drain), cracked vanity mirror, the pool furniture was filthy with stains and had holes, the pool filter did not seem to work with the dense debris in the pool, and insects in the room. To get in they say to touch the keypad, but you have to touch it with your whole hand to get it to respond so I had to call them to get in the first time. They request you send them a photo of your ID (since they have no front desk staff) which is ILLEGAL. Pros: quiet, no bed bugs and in a decent area.
