BelleVue Oasis-Palm Springs - Adults Only

Awesome place

Musty, mildew. Multiple broken items, mirrors, drawers etc. Makeshift shower controls made it almost impossible to control temp and to actually turn off. Zero maid service the entire stay. Very disappointed overall. Would not recommend.

Checking in was not the easiest experience. we had to wait for our codes and then our room wasnt ready til shortly after 4 when we were told 3...there was no iron to iron my shirt and no ice bucket..other than those small things the stay was comfortable and quiet..we enjoyed our stay

It was okay...

Room was absolutely adorable. Renovated nicely. There was a patio where one could sit in the front and one in the back as well. The pool was heated and the spa was nice too. It was nice to be able to go for a midnight swim. Like the fact that it is adults only, and that the pool is always open, as long as you are quiet.

The online checkin experience was a nightmare. They emailed a page of opaque instructions, SHOUTING some parts of it and threatening to withhold accomodations (even though we'd already paid through Hotels.com) for failure to comply with their detailed rules for filling out their ridiculous checkin form. The form itself asked, among many other things, for selfies of the principal guest holding up copies of their personal id (driver's license or passport) and credit card, an acrobatic task in itself, but also inherently vulnerable to interception by hackers and hence identity theft. The checkin process was frustrating, insecure, time-consuming, inhuman, and intimidating, the opposite of relaxing, when we just wanted a relaxing stay on a holiday trip to Palm Springs. In fact, the checkin process, with its weird selfies, actually made us fear that the whole thing was a scam: we feared that we might arrive at the "hotel" only to find out that it didn't actually exist. When we arrived, we were unable to find any office where we could submit the license plate and make of our rental car, which (of course) could not be submitted using the online form prior to arrival. Except for the marble floor, the room was tacky, cheap, and smelled of mold. No face cloths or hand towels were provided (just bath and pool towels): the room had Motel 6 quality at more than twice the price. The only positive feature was the pool area, which was pleasant and well furnished.

Really nice place to stay, my girlfriend loved it. The only thing was the bed was two twin beds that eventually separated down the middle and left us laying inside a huge whole. Other then that it was a really nice stay.

It’s was absolutely amazing it was one of my best picks ever & I’ve booked rooms around the world. 24 hour pool access rare. Super cool boutique hotel near everything Palm Springs I want to rent out the entire place for a private event. Deck patio area in the front & the back. Some rooms had kitchens. Loved all the tile don’t want to check out. Truly. Hidden gem.

This is such a fun place to stay. Super quiet, and the little patio off each room is a great place to enjoy coffee or an early evening glass of wine. We would return; however, we were disappointed about a few minor items: The towel bar was coming out of the wall; there were just two bath towels provided -- no hand towels or wash clothes; the HVAC remote control screen was faulty; and the mattress was pretty lumpy.
