BelleVue Oasis-Palm Springs - Adults Only

The pool was disgusting and seems to not be up kept, we kept getting wasps in our restrooms, towels smelling gross’s. We used to love staying here, had never had any of these issues here but this was not a good stay.

The check in was terrible we waited about 15 minutes outside in a 108 F temperature to be able to get in because there is no staff at the premises, and everything is done via email. When we called the number for assistance the where impersonal and not friendly just going by the rules. We expected that as a decent hotel they would have helped us in a more supportive way. We got room number 22 and found cockroaches in the kitchen, living area and the bathroom. Who can use that kitchen? we couldn't and we selected the place because we wanted to use the kitchen. We called the number again and they sent a staff and left us a cockroach kill spray for us to use, like that was our job. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The Bellevue went above our expectations. The grounds and the room were exceptional. This is the first time we tried a resort and believe we have found our place to stay every time we come to Palm Springs. The location is close to everything and the staff was so friendly.

Love the property, our room was super clean. Love the quietness, really feels.like your away & on vacation. Would definitely com back to this spot. Only negative we had was the pool water was too warm.

No contact, but Martin was awesome, he gave me instructions to fill out a form and gave me the codes to get into the facility and to our room. Nice and quiet!!!

Adults only always a plus

Check in is virtual! Grounds are beautiful but there is an unsightly rv out-front that looks like a methlab rv you see under the freeway in dtla. Room was spacious and clean other than questionable white stains on the sofa.
