Seashine Apartment

The apartment is very nice and clean, and has good internet speed for remote work (I do videocalls and it was fine). I like the location, close to the beach and a bit further away from the more touristy area, so it feels more authentic. The owner is super friendly and is always willing to help. he even taught me how to ride a motorbike! I highly recommend staying here.

Tun is excellent person, always available for any issue, the appartement i had was on last floor with big terrace to use. The bed was comfy and I enjoyed my stay there, went for a week stay for whole month. The location is perfect for me, just a short walk to the beach ( 5 min ), accross of accomodation is really beautifull local caffe, and probably most chepaest store market in Da Nang, few bakeries is excellent with great banh mi and other stuffs ... There is also very good local restaurant that works from 10 - 14 h ( cheap but excellent ) and few locals who are preparing great rotisserie chicken in the afternoon and evening. This area have really nice and welcoming Vietnamese people. Big heart to all of them :) Who likes true local Vientamese experiance this is the place to visit and Tun will make your experience even better. And also you can rent electric scooters there and you will get 3 days for free if you are guest there ( if Tun dont change that in the future ) Tun my friend, hope i will see you soon. Senga på hemsen var hard som stein og det gav meg 14 tunge netter. Det var ingen sofa i leiligheten, balkongen var i 6 etg. Ikke i leiligheten som beskrevet. En 30 tommers tv på hems der du kun kunne få inn youtube. Den faktiske stranda lå 2.5 km unna leiligheten Mulig vi fikk den dårligste leiligheten i 1 etg for jeg kan ikke tenke meg at stedet skal kunne score 9.1 hos Boocking.com for meg er det en lav firer.

The place is awesome. The owner is awesome and very progressive guy. This is not a king palace but definetely one of the most cosy and turist friendly place I ever visited.

J'étais au rez-de-chaussée dans petit apartement avec deux chambres dont une en mezzanine (attention la 1ère chambre à une hauteur de plafond d'environ 1,83cm et celle en mezzanine un peu moins haute) , une salle d'eau avec eau chaude, petite mais bien conçue, il y a une cuisine équipée avec lave-linge très pratique, un réfrigérateur, bouilloire.... Des fontaine d'eau filtrée sont à disposition à volonté. Le gérant, très serviable, peut vous louer des scooter à bon prix.

Un peut excentré par rapport au centre ville mais pas trop loin de la plage (env. 300m de la mer et 2km des plages fréquentées)

Мой автобус опоздал и он ждал меня до 2х часов ночи 🥲 Можно в аренду снять электробайк, хватает заряда и до бана хилс и до хойан. До моря (пляж без людей почти - замечательно) 5 минут. До рынка 5 минут - покупала там морепродукты, фруткы
